Warranty claims cannot be authorized over the phone.  Warranties must go through our website or mail so they can be monitored and handled expeditiously.

Our main goal is to offer an outstanding service on our products that not only speaks volumes for our products quality, but also demonstrates that we are human too and if we have made an error, we will do what we can to make things right. Accidents happen, but the manner in which we rectify such wrong doings separates us from the competition. While we do love taking care of our excellent customers, there are still a few things that our warranty still will not cover such as damages made during installation, return shipping damage, etc.

Please allow us time to properly solve your situation to the best of our ability and your satisfaction. We ask you not to place negative reviews on social media or other to allow us this time. If we do not solve the issue we agree you have the right to review but please give us the chance to make it right first.

Twist Dynamics warranties electrical products for six months and all other products for one year against defects in material or workmanship from the date of delivery.  No reimbursement will be made for installation labor regardless of cause.  All custom part sales are final.  All non defective returns must be in original factory packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Twist Dynamics may deny claims as deemed necessary.  It is the customers responsibility to package the return item in the condition it was agreed on upon shipping. If improper packaging occurs, it may void the agreed upon return details. Customers should obtain shipping insurance if there is a concern that additional potential damage could happen during return shipping.

Twist Dynamics obligation under said warranty is to repair, or at its option, replace the defective part.  The buyer shall have no other remedy.  All special, incidental and consequential damages are excluded.  In addition, Twist reserves the right to choose a local repair facility.

The warranty shall be voided by alterations of equipment (except by Twist Dynamics), tampering with, improper installation or maintenance, accident or misuse.  If item is damaged in shipping it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Twist shall in no event be responsible for any warranty work done without first obtaining Twists Dynamics written consent.

This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  No employee, agent, franchise, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of Twist Dynamics.  Except as provided herein, Twist Dynamics shall have no liability or responsibility to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by “equipment”.

Notwithstanding the above limitations and warranties, Twist Dynamics liability hereunder for damages incurred by customer or others shall not exceed the amount paid by customer for the particular equipment involved.

This warranty does not cover consumables such as bulbs, belts, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE CLAIM FORM:

  1. Claims must be submitted to Twist Dynamics via mail, emailed or submitted through the online form
  2. Download and complete the Warranty Claim Form (if you cannot fill out our online version)
  3. Damage claims must be made before product installation
  4. A picture of the receipt must be presented with warranty
  5. A photo of the damage is required
