Ordering, inventory, and lead times
- F-Level Premier Dealers may order through the online dealer portal after account approval and setup.
- E-Level Authorized Dealers submit orders to sales@twistdynamics.com.
- Stocked accessories and service parts generally ship within 1–3 business days, subject to availability.
- Made-to-order products generally require 4–5 weeks from order confirmation.
- Custom and special-order timing is quoted when the order is placed.
Accurate lead-time communication is part of the premium customer experience. Dealers should clearly identify made-to-order products in online listings and customer quotes.
MAP and authorized online sales
The Twist Dynamics Minimum Advertised Price is the currently published MSRP. Authorized dealers may sell through an approved physical location, their own website, Amazon, and eBay when listings follow current MAP and brand-representation requirements. Written approval is required before listing on another marketplace.
- Publicly advertised pricing may not fall below the current published MSRP without written approval.
- Listings must use accurate product names, descriptions, imagery, fitment, and lead-time information.
- Made-to-order listings must clearly state the applicable lead time.
- Policy violations may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of dealer status.
Who should apply
The program is built for legitimate businesses capable of representing and supporting premium Polaris Slingshot products. Applicants should be prepared to provide business information, a valid resale certificate or applicable tax documentation, current product lines, and details about their Slingshot sales, service, or installation activity.
Applications are reviewed individually. Twist Dynamics may limit appointments within a market to protect the brand and existing dealer relationships, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
How to become a Twist Dynamics dealer
- Request the current Authorized Dealer Program Packet.
- Complete the dealer application and select the requested program tier.
- Include a valid resale certificate and all required signed policy pages.
- Submit the completed packet to TylerM@twistdynamics.com.
- Twist Dynamics management reviews the application. Applicants are normally contacted within 3–5 business days.
Dealer program questions
Do approved dealers receive wholesale pricing?
Yes. Approved accounts receive the pricing associated with their assigned dealer tier. Exact discount levels remain in the confidential current Dealer Packet.
Can every approved dealer order online?
Online portal ordering is an F-Level benefit. E-Level dealers place orders by email unless their status is upgraded.
Is there an opening-order requirement?
F-Level includes a qualifying initial stocking commitment. E-Level does not require an initial stocking order. Current values and conditions are supplied in the Dealer Packet.
Can dealers sell Twist Dynamics products online?
Authorized online sales are permitted through approved channels when current MAP, product-representation, and marketplace requirements are followed.
How often is dealer status reviewed?
Program status and upgrade eligibility may be reviewed quarterly in accordance with the current dealer terms.
