Order status and delivery

Check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation for purchase details and tracking. For an update on an order that has not shipped, contact our sales team with your order number and product name.

Shipping and production timing

Production time and transit time are separate. Check the product listing and your order information for lead times, and contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Returns, cancellations and custom powdercoat

Contact us before returning a product or requesting an order change. Include your order number, product name, and reason for the request. Purchases from another retailer should be handled through the original seller.

All powder-coat colors other than Black and Red are custom. Custom powder-coated orders are final sale when placed and cannot be canceled or returned for non-defective reasons. Report an issue or defect to our team for review.

Delivery problems

Inspect the product and packaging immediately upon receipt. Keep the packaging and photograph any damage, the shipping label, and the product. Follow the reporting instructions in our Shipping Policy and contact us promptly about damage, missing items, or an incorrect product.

Warranty claims

For a suspected manufacturing defect, visit the Warranty Center to read the applicable warranty and submit a claim with your proof of purchase and photographs.
